Ankle pumps,
counted out loud.

Told to do ankle pumps every hour?

After surgery, during bed rest, or on a long flight, many people are asked to do ankle pumps often — sometimes a set every waking hour. The exercise is easy. Doing it that often, and keeping count while you lie there, is the hard part. Ankle Pumps does the counting and the reminding, so you only do the moving.

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick your plan

Sets, reps and pace — gentle, steady or brisk. Start with the default, or match what your clinician suggested.

  2. 2

Press start, put the phone down

A short countdown, then the coach counts every rep out loud. It keeps going with the screen locked.

  3. 3

Follow the video, hear the count

Rest timers between sets, a cheer at the end, and today's total added to your streak.

Everything for a daily habit

Every rep spoken aloud, in your pace. Count ticks and gentle vibration if you prefer quiet.
