Ankle Pumps: Daily Leg Coach · Last updated: October 9, 2026

The short version: we don't collect your data. Everything you do in Ankle Pumps stays on your device. There is no account, no server, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.

What the app stores on your device

All of this is saved only in the app's local storage on your iPhone. It is never uploaded anywhere, and we (the developer) have no way to see it. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Apple Health (optional)

If you turn on "Save sessions to Apple Health", the app writes your completed exercise sessions to Apple Health as workouts. The app never reads your health data, and your health data is never used for advertising, marketing, or shared with anyone. You can turn this off at any time in the app's Settings or in the Health app.

Purchases

The optional Pro upgrade — a weekly or monthly auto-renewable subscription (with a free trial for new subscribers) or a one-time lifetime unlock — is processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Purchase state is verified on your device through Apple's StoreKit, and subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings.

Notifications

Exercise reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They do not involve any server and can be turned off in Settings at any time.

What we don't do

This website

This website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log standard server access data (such as IP address and browser type) as described in its own privacy statement. If you arrive here from one of our advertisements, the page may load that advertising network's measurement pixel (currently Reddit Ads) so we can see that the ad led to a visit or to a tap on the App Store button. The pixel does not receive anything you do inside the app, and the app itself contains no tracking of any kind.

Medical disclaimer

Ankle Pumps is a fitness aid. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a medical device. Always consult your physician before starting any exercise program, and follow your clinician's advice on which exercises and how many repetitions are right for you.

Changes & contact

If this policy ever changes (for example, if a future version adds a new feature that needs it), the updated policy will be posted at this address before the change takes effect.
